The lady owner is worried about the rapid breathing rate of this 1-year-ol hamster. Her other hamster is breathing normally. The nose bridge skin wart keeps growing bigger.
The hamster is hospitalised for 2 days and given oral antibiotics first. If the breathing and heart rate is back to normal, surgery to remove the wart will be done.
The owner will check the hamster in the morning and night every day. A very small wart is best removed by your vet rather than waiting for one year as it never goes away but grow bigger.
The rapid breathing could also be painful sensations from the skin wart.
